All items can be EXCHANGED or RETURNED for STORE CREDIT ONLY

We do not offer money back refunds on any purchases.

All Returns will be accepted at the discretion of Statement Made Apparel. Returns must be in new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition with all original tags attached. You have the option to return your item for store credit. Your return will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, damaged or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Additionally, Gift Cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash (See Gift Card Terms & Conditions)

How To Return or Exchange an Item

Please return items in their original packaging, including: plastic wrap, hang tags on garments and dust bags. You must return the item within 7 days of the delivery shipment date.

1. Securely repackage your merchandise, include the original packing slip with your order # and drop off your package at the nearest USPS location. Please take a picture of or copy the label for your records and tracking.

2. Please mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package all original tags and a copy of the pack slip with your order# and reason for your return or exchange.

4. You will receive an email once your return or exchange has been processed. Please allow 3 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

Exchanges

If your clothing item is in new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, you also have the option to exchange your item for a different size or color. Your exchange will be subject to a restocking fee and the return shipping costs.

Shipping Fee

We do not refund the original shipping and handling paid on the order unless the item was there has been an exception made by our customer support team. Original & Exchange shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
